2026 Annual Membership Dues
Canterbury Estates Homeowner Assessments of $40 are due annually on March 1st. Unpaid 2026 assessments are past due and will accrue late fees and penalties per Collections Policy 5.07, which consists of $25/mo late and 8% interest per annum.

Late Payment Policy
