Welcome to Canterbury Estates, an equestrian community five miles east of Monument, Colorado and six miles north of the Colorado Springs city limits.
Our community is zoned RR-5 "Rural Residential" and all tracts are approximately 5 acres or larger.
Our Homeowners' organization is the Canterbury Improvement Association, Inc., a Colorado non-profit corporation. HOA dues are $40 / year and the Association's work is performed by unpaid volunteers.
